Invisible Tethers

Stillness of body allows the mind untethered
Stillness of mind allows the body untethered
Disturbance of both leaves one without a firm grip
Disturbance of both augurs injury from slips
Stillness of mind and body allow spirit untethered
I guess that’s what Buddha was talking about, Vipasana method

To become master of the self, learn to tie and untie as necessary
